WATCHING MOVIES IS GREAT, MAKING MOVIES IS BETTER!

Our March break camp is perfect for creative youth aged 6-13 looking to become part of a film production crew! In a one week session, campers learn through hands on activities how to develop a story into a movie that they will film and act in. Campers can either rotate project roles (spending time as director, camera operator or actor) or choose to specialize in one particular area. No prior film-making experience is necessary!

FILMING

MORE THAN A MOVIE CAMP

In addition to working on the main production, campers are also encouraged work on independent projects where they explore different media platforms (stop motion, animation, video, photography, digital arts) in order to create their very own project from beginning to end.

MOVIE SCREENING

We celebrate our accomplishments at the Creative Video Film Festival where youth screen the winter break video’s they created for fellow campers, friends and family. Final productions will be broadcasted on CCVwebTV  – our YouTube channel, which has thousands of subscribers and millions of views!
