At Co-op Collective Vision, our mission is to empower youth and teens who are interested in learning about the digital arts with the skills to create, film and star in their own movies!
We offer a variety of multimedia workshops at our summer camps, in-school extracurricular programs (lunch and after-school) and private lessons.
Lunch & After-School Enrichment Programs
We bring creative and fun digital-media programs directly to your school
Today’s students are surrounded by images, video, and digital storytelling. Our hands-on programs give elementary and high school students the opportunity to move beyond consuming media and become creative makers themselves. Through filmmaking, video, photography, and stop-motion animation, students explore their ideas, build confidence, and develop creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills.
Since 2006, we’ve been bringing engaging multimedia programs directly to Montreal schools. We provide the instructors, equipment, and activities, giving schools an easy way to offer meaningful, creative experiences that students enjoy and remember.
Video Production
Welcome to our hands on video production class! In this exciting course, students will have the chance to star and direct their own videos! From camera operator to editor, students will be in charge of making their own videos from scratch while learning techniques that will teach them valuable skills to communicate in the digital world.
Film- Making
Get ready to unleash your creativity and imagination as you learn how to write and star in your own movie! Learning valuable skills in storytelling, acting, character development and how to direct a movie, you’ll get to collaborate as a class to create your own one of a kind movie that you can watch for years to come!
Photography
Learn how to turn everyday moments into eye-catching images as you experiment with angles, perspective, composition, light and colour. Take on creative photo challenges that will have you looking at the world in new ways, from capturing unusual perspectives to creating fun visual effects. Discover editing tools build a digital photo album.
Stop Motion Animation
Get ready to bring your imagination to life in this exciting stop motion animation class! Students learn how to animate objects by taking pictures and adding sounds, music and even their voices to tell their own stories. Learn about photography, video editing and storytelling while bringing your wildest ideas to life!

Private Lessons
Our private lessons are a great way to provide top notch one-on-one education to youth who want to start producing their own high-quality videos. From directing your own movies, to making vlogs and documentaries, we’ll get you started on your path to becoming a professional filmmaker!
We offer lessons in cinematography, picture editing, script writing, producing and sound recording.

Summer Camp for Youth ages 6-13
Creative Video Day Camp
In this action-packed two-week session, campers jump into the movie-making magic, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes to create an awesome group film together!
Participants come away with a fully edited movie short that will be premeired on a big screen for friends and family. Along the way, they’ll dive into stop-motion animation, photography, and other hands-on digital art workshops — experimenting, collaborating, and discovering bold new ways to express their creativity.
Teen Camp for Youth ages 13-17
Creative Video Teen Camp
Our Teen Camp is for young creators who want to take filmmaking seriously. Campers work as a real crew to produce an original collaborative short film from script to screen.
A Hands-on two-week experience with: script writing, cinematography, sound recording, video and sound editing, producing and directing and on-screen performances. Everyone takes on real roles, everyone contributes. Teens will leave with a finished film to add to their creative portfolio and a better understanding of how movies actually get made.
